I started a wood fire and used some scrap hard wood flooring. This picture shows the wood fire with 20% power.

This is the first sign of an athracite coal fire started. A blue flame dancing across a bed of yellow and red coals.

This is the same picture as before but with a different setting trying to show the blue flame.

After playing with some hot coals I turned it up to 30% power to get some real forging temperatures.

With the temperatures turned up I found a pipe and put it in under 10 mins and the pipe was almost white.

I finished the night with turning the power to 40% power to try and melt down some silverware long story short I have a nickle size puddle of silver.
